Hand chopped fresh Belizean Nopal (cactus), green habanero pepper, natural vinegar, freshly squeezed key lime juice, sea salt, hand chopped white onions and fresh roasted garlic. The Nopal Cactus is well known for its health properties. It is great for diabetics as it helps regulate blood sugar. We also refer to this flavor as our hangover sauce as it is known to cure that awful morning hangover.
